Where Does My ASU Email Addresses Send To?

Where do your @asu.edu email addresses send to?

You can have your @asu.edu e-mail addresses deliver to one of the following: 

• An ASU provided account - ASU Gmail. 
• If you do not currently have an ASU Gmail account, an existing personal e-mail account that you have created (e.g Yahoo, Outlook.com, Gmail.com).

Where are your @asu.edu email addresses currently delivering to?

1. Go to your My ASU portal.
2. Select the "Profile" tab in the top navigation.
3. Scroll down to "Contact Details" and click on the dropdown menu option labeled "Email."
4. Click on Manage your ASU Email address.

• If you change where your email is delivered, even if you choose to deliver to ASU Gmail, you will be asked to verify your email address.

     

How to change where your @asu.edu email addresses deliver email to:

1. Go to your My ASU portal.
2. Select the "Profile" tab in the top navigation.
3. Scroll down to "Contact Details" and click on the dropdown menu option labeled "Email."
4. Click on Manage your ASU Email address.
5. Select the Gmail for ASU button to have your email delivered to your ASU Gmail account. The button will turn green once selected

  

6. A verification email will be sent to your chosen account. Click on the link provided in the verification email to verify your choice and complete the change.
   • You can access your ASU Gmail account by clicking on the Gmail shortcut on My ASU.
